在設計模板的時候，可以試著這樣用：

會顯示正常的東西

如果這樣用：
<?php print check_plain($node->content['fivestar_widget']['#value']); ?>

會顯示完整的HTML

在設計模板的時候，可以先check_plain，看看這個顯示物件用了哪些ID和class，再來對照著寫CSS，就很方便囉！
